Day 1

Workout: 30 minutes walk/jog. I'm much more out of shape than I ever imagined.

What I ate today: 2 packets of oatmeal with 1 cup of 2% milk, personal cheese pizza, salad with bacon bits, croutons, potato sticks, and light honey mustard dressing, strawberries, 3 spicy shredded beef tacos (and when I say taco, I mean meat on a burrito size shell) with lettuce, cheese, and avocado.

  1. Good Luck! I am in the same place as you only add 4 more months. I am 8 months pp and NEED to loose the weight! I will be rooting for you!
